Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Professor Dr. Taha Al-Hazarmerdi is an internationally trained colorectal surgeon, healthcare executive, and academic leader. As Founder and CEO of LEDIA Group Inc., he leads a healthcare consultancy dedicated to advancing healthcare systems through executive advisory, transformation, quality improvement, and value-based care.

He also serves as Founding Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Al Ain University, UAE. A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (FRCSI), the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and the International College of Surgeons (FICS), he holds an MSc in Healthcare Administration from Atlanta University, USA. Fluent in Arabic and English, he combines surgical expertise, academic rigor, and executive vision to build sustainable, patient-centered healthcare systems across the region and beyond.

Diyah is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ledia Group Inc., with experience as a healthcare system specialist in operations, strategy, and hospital management. She began her career as a clinical pharmacist in Iraq before moving into healthcare management systems and leadership roles across hospitals and group boards, where she supported cross-departmental coordination and governance.

She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from Baghdad College of Pharmacy and an MBA in Healthcare from Loyola University Chicago. She combines clinical expertise with strategic leadership to improve healthcare operations and organizational performance.

Technology & Software Lead

Mohammed Al-Hazarmerdi is a full-stack software developer and the technology lead behind LEDIA's digital systems. Founder and CEO of Marigold Software Solutions — LEDIA's main software supplier — he specializes in building healthcare and institutional platforms on a modern Angular and .NET foundation.

Over his career he has designed and delivered hospital information systems, medical-necessity and insurance-validation tools, and provider-onboarding platforms deployed across healthcare facilities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor of Communications Engineering from Carleton University, Canada, and a Master of Big Data Technologies from the University of Westminster, London.

Siva Selvan is a globally recognized senior living and healthcare real estate strategist with more than 27 years of experience advising developers, investors, and operators across the full spectrum of senior housing and healthcare assets.

Healthcare Infrastructure Developer

Didar Saman is a real estate developer and construction project management specialist with extensive experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects across Iraq. He has built three hospitals, each delivered on budget and to healthcare construction and accreditation standards.

He combines technical construction knowledge with command of the regulatory, accreditation, and operational standards that distinguish medical facilities from conventional builds, overseeing the full project lifecycle from bills of quantities and tender preparation through turnkey construction and feasibility studies. He holds a degree in architecture and a master's in project management for construction.
